Erik Stangerup joined ATLANT 3D as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2021 and will now rotate into executive management, taking up the role Chief Operating and Financial Officer from November 1st, 2022.
Erik brings more than 30 years of experience from the Semiconductor and high-tech industries to ATLANT 3D. He has been serving in various international executive leadership positions at IBM, Sun Microsystems, Hitachi, and Zyxel and was a co-founder and non-executive Director in his own consulting practice, a SaaS communications startup and, most recently, Danish semiconductor pioneer startup company Lotus Microsystems. He is a member of the electronics Council of the Confederation of Danish Industries and a certified mentor at the Danish Technical University (DTU), where he has been an advisory board member in a large number of DeepTech startups, incubator companies, and spinouts. After originally studying Mechanical Engineering at DTU, Erik graduated with a BSc. in Computer Science and also holds an executive MBA with distinction from Henley Business School, United Kingdom, and a postgraduate diploma in Leadership from IMD, Switzerland.
In his new role, Erik will be responsible for the overall business operations and financial strategy of ATLANT 3D and will be working closely with the other company management, board, and team to implement the strategic vision, values, and objectives of the company.
